SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER STRUCTURAL

WE’RE HIRING: STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING MANAGER

Location: Makassar, Indonesia

Employment: Full-Time | On-Site

Open to Malaysian Citizens Only

Salary: RM20,000 – RM45,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor structural & foundation engineering works.

Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Supervise site works, quality, safety, and project schedules.

Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues.

Monitor progress, claims, variations, and project costs.

Ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years' structural engineering experience.

Experience in structural and foundation works.

Property development or construction experience preferred.

Registered with relevant engineering body where applicable.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing residential/commercial development projects is an advantage.
