Senior Manager，Securities Business Development

About the role

Responsible for developing new Hong Kong and cross-border clients and bringing in assets, targeting high-net-worth individuals and professional investors. Core KPIs are AUM and trading volume. Maintain client relationships, provide securities, wealth management and asset allocation services, and facilitate HK stock, US stock and virtual asset trades.

ZR Securities is a Hong Kong SFC‑licensed broker (Central Number: BRE865), holding Type 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9 licences. It provides one‑stop services including stocks, ETFs, virtual assets, futures, insurance advisory and investment‑immigration consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Open new customers and introduce assets in Hong Kong and cross-border markets, with focus on high-net-worth individual clients and professional investors, with core KPI of customer asset scale (AUM) and trading activity
• Understand customer investment needs and risk preferences in depth, provide professional securities trading, wealth management and asset allocation advice
• Facilitate and execute Hong Kong stocks, US stocks and virtual asset trades
• Actively expand external cooperation channels including EAM, family offices, insurance brokers and immigration consultants to establish stable customer referral networks
• Track global macroeconomic and Hong Kong-US stock market dynamics and provide timely market information and investment strategies to customers
• Strictly comply with Hong Kong SFC and internal company compliance requirements to ensure all customer account opening, KYC and trading processes meet regulatory requirements

About you

• Must hold Hong Kong SFC Type 1 (Securities Trading) licence (RA1)
• 3 or more years of customer development experience in securities, private banking or wealth management industry with verifiable customer resources and asset introduction performance
• Possess abundant Hong Kong local or cross-border high-net-worth customer resources and ability to quickly convert to actual AUM
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with Hong Kong SFC compliance requirements with no adverse compliance records
