Senior M&E Engineer

• Lead and supervise M&E works for high-rise construction projects.
• Manage M&E installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and C&S/Architectural teams.
• Monitor M&E work progress, quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Raise and follow up RFI, technical submissions and inspection matters.
• Coordinate M&E works to prevent clashes with structural and architectural works.
• Attend site, technical and coordination meetings.
• Monitor M&E material deliveries, manpower and site activities.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, defect rectification and project handover.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection records and relevant M&E documentation.
• Assist Project Manager in project planning, coordination and overall execution.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in M&E construction, preferably high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation, testing and commissioning.
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Experienced in coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other site teams.
• Familiar with RFI, technical submissions, inspections and project documentation.
• Good knowledge of construction quality and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and manage project requirements independently.
