Senior Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Lead process design, continuous improvement, and automation initiative across air filtration manufacturing lines. Serve as bridge between R&D, Quality, and Operations to deliver high-performance filtration solutions for commercial HVAC, industrial dust collection, and clean room applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process design, continuous improvement, and automation initiative across air filtration manufacturing lines
• Scale production and optimize media pleating and assembly processes
• Identify and anticipate operational problems by studying operating targets, modes of operation, and unit limitations
• Serve as bridge between R&D, Quality, and Operations to deliver high-performance filtration solutions for commercial HVAC, industrial dust collection, and clean room applications
• Maximize potential use of equipment, machinery and manpower resources in the shop floor
• Enhance productivity and capabilities by motivating manufacturing group for efficiencies and effectiveness
• Overall production management including manpower scheduling and control of the whole production activities to meet manufacturing target quota and Job Order completion
• Coordinate with key personnel regarding job order requirements include process planning, material readiness, and maximization of resources
• Create database for standard costings and product specification
• Formulate ways to enhance product development and manufacturing system for further income-generating programs

About you

• Graduate of BS-Mechanical Engineering and/or any related engineering field
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
• HVAC in-depth knowledge and/or technical expertise
• Production Planning and Control
• Knowledge or familiarity of International filtration standards (ISO 16890, ASHRAE 52.2, EN 1822)
• Deep understanding of ISO 2015:9001 standards
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or Inventor)
• Product Research and Development is preferred
• PRC License is advantage but not required
