What they need
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations — from process design and standardization to capital projects and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Design and validate manufacturing processes with tooling/equipment suppliers
- Drive standardization through benchmarking and core competency teams
- Lead problem-solving, feasibility studies, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Manage capital budgets and site capital projects
- Develop capacity models and optimize workforce/equipment layout
- Own FMEAs, SOPs, and APQP documentation
- Provide technical direction to shop floor and quality teams
- Support cost estimating, VA/VE initiatives, and technical presentations
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong background in CAD, GD&T, and process/tooling development
- Hands-on knowledge of machine design, fixtures, and CNC machining
- Lean Manufacturing experience; metallurgical background a plus
