Senior Marketer

Job Summary:

INTRIX Group is looking for an experienced Senior Marketer to drive our marketing efforts across digital and offline channels. You will plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns while working closely with the marketing team to grow brand presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across both online (social media, search, email, display) and offline (events, print, roadshows, etc.) channels
• Develop and manage content and social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Paid Ads, Xiao Hongshu, TikTok, etc.)
• Leverage AI tools to optimize campaign targeting, content generation, and performance staying current on emerging AI tools and platform/algorithm changes
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI), providing actionable insights
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Strong end-to-end marketing capability across online and offline channels, with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, branding, positioning, and the full marketing mix — not just digital execution
• Proven track record of planning and delivering campaigns that meet business/sales targets and align with company objectives
• Experience using AI tools for campaign planning, content creation, or optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, AI ad platforms)
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Able to lead and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working closely with sales, design, and management
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the department from time to time
