Jumper Media is looking for a technical Marketing Analytics Engineer to own our marketing tracking and analytics infrastructure end to end.

This is not a traditional data analyst role. We need someone who can both build/fix the tracking and analyze the data.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end tracking across ads, product, payments, and CRM
• Server-side and client-side event tracking
• PostHog implementation, logs, funnels, and cohorts
• Paid ad attribution and conversion tracking
• CRM and payment integrations
• Data pipelines and data quality
• Troubleshooting broken or inaccurate tracking
• Analyzing which ads and cohorts actually produce paying customers

What We're Looking For

• Strong SQL and technical analytics experience
• Experience implementing event tracking and instrumentation
• Experience with PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
• Server-side tracking and APIs/integrations
• Paid advertising attribution
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to personally troubleshoot and fix tracking issues

Python, BigQuery/Snowflake, dbt, Segment/RudderStack, GA4/GTM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and payment integration experience are all strong pluses.

The biggest requirement: You've personally owned a tracking/analytics environment end to end. You weren't just handed clean data to analyze.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
