Senior Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing all-round marketing campaigns to elevate PapaHome’s brand awareness and drive traffic.

• Social Media Management: Manage daily operations of diverse digital channels (including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu) to drive engagement and customer retention.

• Events & Partnerships: Coordinate physical activations (e.g., in-store events, pop-ups at our Causeway Bay flagship store) and assist in liaising with influencers or brand partners.

• Content Creation: Support visual storytelling by coordinating photography, video shooting, and copywriting for various marketing materials.

• Performance Tracking: Help monitor digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the smooth production of marketing collaterals.

• AI Utilization: Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and optimize daily workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related disciplines.

• Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail, ecommerce, or lifestyle industry. (Candidates with advertising/creative agency backgrounds are also welcomed).

• Digital Skills: Hands-on experience in social media & digital management.

• Core Competencies: Organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player. Capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Language Skill: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
