What they need
- To assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns for new launches, existing projects, or company branding.
- To plan and manage digital marketing initiatives (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok) and website content updates.
- To coordinate the design, content, and production of marketing materials including brochures, signage, videos, EDMs, and digital ads.
- To assist in the coordination and preparation of property expos, including sourcing and liaising with suppliers for booth setup
- To conduct marketing competitor research.
- Any ad-hoc tasks by Senior Manager.
