Senior Marketing Executive

Prepare and coordinate social media content across relevant platforms with engaging, non-corporate copywriting in English and Chinese and creative content.

Monitor campaign metrics, adjust strategies based on performance data, and capitalize on emerging platforms needs.

Coordinate brand events, experiential activations, product launches and seasonal campaigns, handling logistics, partner coordination, timelines, on-ground execution, and communication with internal and external teams while resolving routine operational gaps.

Coordinate partner collaborations and influencer/creator seeding.

Partner with graphic and motion designers to produce assets while actively managing community interactions and discussions.

Compile competitor and market-trend research, prepare inputs for ad production, campaign planning, and priority shifting for the broader marketing team.

Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.

Portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and execution.

Ability to plan and manage content calendars across multiple social media platforms.

Strong bilingual copywriting skills in English and Chinese.

Experience in monitoring social media performance, preparing reports, and improving content effectiveness.

Experience in coordinating trade marketing activities, retail activations, product launches, and brand events.

Ability to collaborate with graphic designers and motion graphic teams to deliver creative content aligned with brand guidelines.

Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools and graphic editing skills using Canva or similar tools.

Creative, proactive, and able to propose fresh ideas to strengthen brand presence and marketing effectiveness.

Company-first mindset, with willingness to support cross-functional teams and take on additional responsibilities when needed.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Prior to setting up JR Life Sciences, Ricky worked with Cambert, a leading importer and distributor of quality health supplements and skin care products for over 20 years starting as a Sales Representative and working his way up to being the Regional Operations Manager and Country Manager for Singapore.

Ricky is a man who is passionate about what he does and values people. His company’s name ‘JR’ comprises two components: John and Ricky. This was a tribute to his good friend named John.

Today, the company has grown extensively from a humble beginning of 5 staff to become a 100+ strong team.
