🚨 Senior Marketing Manager – Hematology/Oncology | Remote

I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager opportunity supporting a leading pharmaceutical organization’s U.S. business and portfolio of asparaginase hematology brands .

This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharma or biotech marketer who enjoys developing brand strategy, executing impactful marketing programs, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

📍 Location: Remote

✈️ Travel: Up to 10%

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute tactical plans aligned with overall brand strategy and business objectives
• Support product uptake and commercial growth across the U.S. market
• Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and recommend strategic or tactical adjustments
• Partner closely with Oncology Nurse Educators to execute brand priorities
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure compliant marketing initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with Digital & Patient Marketing, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, Patient Advocacy, and other business functions
• Manage multiple projects, external agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets
• Support HCP personal promotion, non-personal promotion, peer-to-peer initiatives, and congress planning

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of commercial experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Experience supporting marketing strategy and executing tactics for U.S. specialty or biotech products
• Experience in hematology, oncology, pediatric, or rare disease is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical promotional and regulatory environment
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and multiple competing priorities
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
