Senior Marketing Technologist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and application of AI and Agentic capabilities to transform brand content creation and eCommerce operations.
• Partner with Brand and Digital teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and shape future ways of working.
• Leverage consumer data, analytics, and intelligent marketing tools to drive precision marketing and improve business performance.
• Own and evolve the brand’s MarTech ecosystem to enable scalable consumer engagement and business growth.
• Translate business needs into innovative, compliant, and impactful technology solutions through effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure information security, consumer privacy protection, and technology compliance across the brand’s digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proven experience in FMCG, Beauty, Retail, eCommerce, or other consumer-focused industries.
• Strong understanding of AI/Agentic technologies, MarTech platforms, consumer data analytics, and precision marketing.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology, data, and consumer insights into commercial impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High learning agility and a proven track record of execution excellence.
