Senior MarTech Specialist (Growth & Integration)

• Data & Platform Integration: Establish automated data synchronization across Websites, Landing Pages, Social platform, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), Zalo OA via RESTful APIs, Webhooks, or orchestration middleware (Make, n8n, Zapier).
• Admissions Funnel Automation: Build and manage automated, multi-channel lead nurturing workflows (Email, SMS, ZNS) across the entire student lifecycle.
• Landing Pages & CRO: Directly build and optimize campaign landing pages; run continuous A/B tests on lead forms, CTAs, and UI/UX to lift conversion rates (CVR) and maintain high Core Web Vitals.
• Tracking: Deploy and manage Server-Side GTM, advanced GA4, and Conversion APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google); tracking and measurable on multiple touching points .
• Data Governance & Compliance: Monitor data hygiene (deduplication, field validation) and ensure strict compliance with parent and student data privacy regulations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in MarTech, Growth, Web Optimization, or CRM Automation (experience in Education, EdTech, or Multi-unit/O2O services is strongly preferred).

• Integration & Technical Skills: Proficient in RESTful APIs, Webhooks, workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier), with basic working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Tracking & Analytics: Proven hands-on experience with Server-Side GTM, advanced GA4, CAPI, and architecting a Single Student/Parent View.

• Mindset & Soft Skills: Highly data-driven with a commercial focus (CAC, CVR, Lead Velocity); professional English proficiency suited for an international working environment.
