Senior Master Scheduler👀📊👦👩

Shortly for the position: You will coordinate production workflow, schedule daily work orders, and supervise planning activities to facilitate the management of production, demand, and supply requirements. You will sequence work orders from processing through to finished goods, storage, and dispatch ensuring optimum line capacity and material availability.

Responsibilities: 📌

● Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules according to plant capacity and material availability;

● Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications;

● Plan workflow and schedules for production departments;

● Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery;

● Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines;

● Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities;

●Support providing information for Engineering Change Management process from materials team;

● Provide mid-long-term forecasts to procurement and maintain continuous forecasting to ensure supply continuity;

●Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports and distribute;

●Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements;

●Conduct daily stand-up meetings with production line leaders to review execution and resolve scheduling bottlenecks;

●Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications;

●Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production;

Requirements :🎯

●Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Engineering or Economic background;

●Proven experience in production planning, work order scheduling, and inventory coordination;

●Extensive financial and analytical skills and detailed understanding of business operation;

● MRP system knowledge, proficiency in desktop app and office software, strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel;

●Good understanding of the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry;

●Outstanding communication and presentation skills;

● 5+ years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
