Your Role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior IBM Maximo consultant to drive large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation initiatives. This role combines deep expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and program delivery leadership.

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable EAM solutions, oversee complex integrations across enterprise ecosystems, and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver business value through modern asset management platforms.

In this role you will:

• Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo 7.6.x and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions.
• Define and implement Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Design and oversee integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems, including ERP, GIS, HR, Financial, and IoT platforms.
• Define data governance, master data management, data migration, and data quality approaches for transformation programs.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical governance sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional delivery teams.
• Lead large-scale EAM transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of scope, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
• Establish delivery roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPIs, and adoption strategies.
• Support project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and vendor coordination activities.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across EAM programs.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience , including extensive hands-on experience with IBM Maximo architecture, implementation, and support.
• Strong expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6.x .
• Strong understanding of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and its components.
• Experience deploying and supporting MAS on Red Hat OpenShift .
• Exposure to infrastructure setup and administration for Maximo Application Suite environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of EAM business processes, asset lifecycle management, maintenance operations, and related workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering integrations between Maximo and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of data migration, master data management, data governance, and data quality practices.
• Experience working in cloud and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural and international environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English. French is considered an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBM Maximo Mobile, Monitor, Predict, Health, and Visual Inspection modules.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of Industrial IoT and connected asset ecosystems.
• Experience integrating Maximo with SAP, Oracle, ESRI GIS, or other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• IBM Maximo or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
