Role Overview

Dexly Finance is hiring a Senior Underwriter to join the founding team and take ownership of underwriting, risk, and credit strategy as we scale.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands MCA space at a deep level. Someone who can move fast, structure deals intelligently, and make disciplined credit decisions under pressure.

You will be directly responsible for deploying capital, managing risk across the $100M portfolio, and helping build the underwriting infrastructure of a rapidly growing platform.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-10+ years MCA underwriting experience
• Proven ability to underwrite high-volume deal flow ($75K - $5M+) with majority being 5-12 month terms
• Deep expertise in MCA credit metrics, cash flow analysis, stacking exposure, and deal structuring
• Strong understanding of merchant risk patterns, defaults, and fraud detection
• Evaluate deals quickly using bank statements, AR reports, tax returns, and revenue trends
• Work closely with ISOs and internal teams to move deals efficiently and effectively
• Balance approval volume with portfolio performance and risk management
