Senior MCV Partnership Manager (75k - 80k, Life Insurance )

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the strategic expansion of the Life Insurance business by leveraging the Agency Distribution Channel to maximize market reach and profitability.
• Identify and develop necessary service support for MCV agents and clients
• Leading sales team to achieve business goal of corporate and individual insurance business
• Identify opportunities and implement innovative strategies aimed at broadening our agency network. This includes establishing and nurturing new business partnerships that contribute to sustainable sales growth and enhance our overall competitive position.
• Focus on increasing Annual Premium Equivalent (APE) specifically through agency channels by deploying targeted sales initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business partners to create and integrate tailored insurance products that meet the specific needs of our clients while driving mutual growth.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in the life insurance sector, particularly in roles that involve agency operations and business development.
• Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving and leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams and making decisions that drive results.
• Strong business acumen that encompasses market analysis, competitive positioning, and financial insight, enabling informed strategy development.
