Position: Senior Mechanic

Experience: 1–5 years in Automobile Service / Two-Wheeler Service

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Mechanic to join our Service Team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining two-wheelers while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in two-wheelers.
• Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and repair work as per manufacturer standards.
• Identify vehicle problems accurately and complete repairs within the required time.
• Handle engine, transmission, braking, suspension, electrical, and other mechanical repairs.
• Conduct quality checks after completing repairs.
• Guide and support junior technicians and trainees.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and workshop equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company/service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and other team members for smooth job completion.
• Stay updated on new vehicle technologies, models, and repair techniques.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in two-wheeler service.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of automobile mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to handle workshop responsibilities and support junior staff.
