1、BS/MS in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Precision Eng 3–8 years in optical module, semiconductor packaging, or precision instrument mechanical design Optical transceiver

2、Optical transceiver (QSFP-DD, OSFP, CPO) experience preferred Must-have: SolidWorks (or NX/Creo) with GD&T; ANSYS Mechanical/Icepak or COMSOL 3、Familiarity with Telcordia GR-468 / GR-1435, IEEE 802.3 English working proficiency; English, Mandarin preferred

Major Duties

Design OSA housings, transceiver enclosures, CPO socket/mechanical interfaces; sub-micron tolerance stack-up Design thermal solutions (heat sinks, spreaders, micro-channel coolers); thermal sim (ANSYS Icepak, Fluent, COMSOL) DFM, fixturing, alignment tooling, bonding (laser welding, epoxy, anodic bonding); transfer to CMs Mechanical-optical co-design; reliability test planning (TC, humidity, shock, vibration, HTOL)
