Senior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Manage daily M&E site activities, aligning work with the architectural and structural trades to avoid clashes.
• Drawing & Submission Review: Review and coordinate drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Subcontractor Management: Lead, delegate, and monitor the performance of M&E subcontractors and vendors.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve site coordination and technical issues before and during construction.
• Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the testing, commissioning, and final handover of all M&E systems, ensuring proper documentation (O&M manuals and as-built drawings).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction, specifically managing on-site operations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiar with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
• Experience in hospital projects will be preferred.
