Senior Mechanical Application Engineer/ Technical Project Manager

Cooler Master's Liquid Cooling Systems (LCS) division designs and manufactures advanced liquid-cooling solutions for AI and high-performance data centers: cold plates, manifolds and thermal modules for servers and switches. We work with some of the world's leading AI infrastructure and hyperscale companies, and our manufacturing is in Asia.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior mechanical engineer to be our technical front-end in Israel. You will own customer programs from concept to mass production, acting as technical project manager and the bridge between our customers' R&D teams and our HQ R&D and manufacturing teams. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will lead technical discussions, review and contribute to 3D models, and travel to our factories to make things happen.

What You'll Do

• Act as technical project manager for customer liquid-cooling programs, from requirements through prototype, validation and mass production.
• Serve as the single technical point of contact for the customer on all mechanical and thermal-module matters.
• Coordinate between customer R&D and Cooler Master HQ R&D. Translate requirements, align on specs, and drive decisions.
• Lead technical design reviews with the customer, and contribute to 3D modeling and 2D drawing work when needed.
• Review designs for manufacturability (die casting, stamping, CNC, brazing) and drive DFM improvements with suppliers.
• Own design changes (ECO/ECN) and problem reports through root cause and closure.
• Travel to manufacturing sites in China and Vietnam for builds, supplier reviews and issue resolution.

What You Bring (Must Have)

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (M.Sc. an advantage).
• 8+ years of hands-on mechanical design and development experience in electronics, hardware or high-performance computing products.
• Strong 2D drawing and 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks / Creo / NX), including GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Practical manufacturing knowledge of die casting, stamping and CNC machining.
• Proven experience working directly with Asian suppliers, factories or customers, including on-site work in Asia.
• Willingness to travel regularly to China and Vietnam, including industrial cities outside major hubs.
• Excellent English, written and spoken. You'll lead technical meetings with global customers and with teams whose English is basic.
• Experience in a customer-facing or technical project management role.

Plus

• Liquid cooling or thermal management experience (cold plates, manifolds, quick disconnects, leak/pressure testing).
• Knowledge of brazing, friction-stir welding or other joining processes.
• Structured problem-solving (8D, FMEA).
• Mandarin, at any level.
