Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer experienced in precision engineering for rugged defence applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design precision mechanical assemblies for electro-optical systems.
• Develop ruggedized enclosures and mounting mechanisms.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings and GD&T documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for machining, fabrication, and production.
• Perform tolerance analysis and design validation.
• Support prototype assembly, testing, and qualification.
• Work closely with optics and electronics teams for system integration.

Desired Skills

• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD software.
• Experience in precision machining and sheet metal components.
• Knowledge of environmental sealing, vibration, shock, and thermal design.
• Understanding of defence standards and manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of GD&T and production engineering.
