Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Building Services).
• Must possess Professional License or Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• Knowledge of various codes and standards such as ASHRAE and NFPA.
• Worked on Design and Consultancy Firm taking Design, Bid, and Build (DBB) and Design and Build (DB) projects.
• Knowledge of BSRIA Stage 3 and Stage 4 Design Framework for Building Services Systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of British Standards and Australian Standards is an advantage.
• Full understanding of Mechanical Building Services design especially HVAC systems.
• Knowledge in Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Protection is an advantage.
• Proficient in software calculation such as E20 HAP and Hevacomp Software.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• UK design experience is an advantage.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in the design and management of local and international MEP projects.
• The candidate shall list the design projects undertaken in the past and list the particular design tasks, calculations carried out, codes used, roles involved, and site experience as applicable.
• Able to conduct full QAQC reviews on the project documentation, and mentor and lead a team of electrical engineers.
• Ability to lead and mentor the engineers to complete the design work package in compliance with the Client’s requirements and applicable Code and Standards.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
