Senior Mechanical Engineer Process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in 3D design and possess solid CAD skills, ideally with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• An analytical mindset as well as a structured and independent approach to work distinguish.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a solution-oriented attitude are among the strengths.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and spoken English skills enable to collaborate effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized machines and systems, creating technically sophisticated solutions for international customers.
• Independently manage complex customer-specific projects and development tasks with a high degree of technical complexity.
• Assume technical responsibility for projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept development and design through to successful commissioning.
• Working closely with Sales and Product Management, contribute the technical expertise during the quotation and concept phases and develop innovative solution concepts.
• As the central technical point of contact, competently advise and support customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on all relevant technical matters.
• Support project teams with the expertise in technical decision-making and contribute to the professional development of colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets at all times.
• Actively contribute to interdisciplinary and international project teams and support the continuous improvement of products, standards, and processes.
