Senior Technician – Cylinder Panel Assembly (Heavy Structures for Space Systems)

This station handles the assembly of a massive cylindrical aerospace structure (over 5 meters high) built from multiple large panels. You will be responsible for drilling, aligning, and securing these panels with extreme precision. This is the most demanding and senior station in the production line, critical for structural integrity during launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Drill and assemble large structural panels onto a multi‑meter cylinder.
• Ensure perfect alignment and structural stability under aerospace standards.
• Lead complex assembly sequences and support junior technicians.
• Perform detailed inspections and verify conformity at every step.
• Identify defects, propose corrective actions, and maintain full traceability.
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in heavy mechanical assembly or structural fabrication.
• Proven ability to handle large components and demanding physical tasks.
• Strong mastery of technical drawings, tolerances, and precision work.
• Capable of owning a full assembly pillar and coordinating tasks.
• High sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and quality mindset.
• No formal education required — expertise comes from experience .
