What they need
- Medical or any associated educational background
- 7-9 years of experience
- Coding experience with relevant certification.
- Expert-level knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proven ability to interpret complex clinical documentation.
- People management skills and client engagement experience.
- Experience managing a market/portfolio and supervising 2-3 coders.
- Proficiency in Excel (functions such as VLOOKUP, LEN, LEFT and RIGHT)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (materials such as flowcharts, process maps and workflow diagrams)
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
