Senior Member Technical Staff - Java Fullstack

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in back-end development with Java and Spring Boot, and a good understanding of front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks. Youll be working on critical healthcare solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot (2.1+), and RESTful APIs
• Work with relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with frontend teams and build UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Apply strong object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Solve complex technical problems using data structures and algorithms
• Work on scripting and automation using tools like Perl, Shell Scripting, Python, or Ruby on Rails
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability and security
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical documentation
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Innovate and drive continuous improvement in development processes

Required Skills:

• 5 to 9 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, DSA, and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with REST API development
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern JS frameworks
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
