We are looking for a Senior Mendix Expert Developer !

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and evolution of complex Mendix applications and platforms across enterprise environments.
• Define solution architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, technical standards and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Design and implement complex domain models, microflows, integrations, security models and application architectures.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, databases and APIs.
• Optimise application performance, scalability, security and operational resilience.
• Conduct code reviews, establish development standards and ensure the quality and consistency of delivered solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to Mendix development teams.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation and application lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new Mendix capabilities and contributing to technical roadmaps.
• Document solution architectures and technical decisions, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and transfer.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Mendix Developer or Mendix Expert, with strong expertise in developing complex enterprise applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Mendix development, including domain modelling, microflows, integrations, security and application architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong understanding of integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, databases and APIs.
• Experience with application performance optimisation, scalability and operational resilience.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, code reviews and quality assurance standards.
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers and establishing development standards.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Proactive mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence.
