Senior MEP BIM Technician - Digital Construction

• Work on multiple projects across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, and residential.

• Perform multidisciplinary coordination reviews using Navisworks Manage, ensuring seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Structural, and Architectural disciplines.

• Collaborate with project team members on defined aspects of design and coordination.

• Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision as a key contributor within larger teams.

• Expertise in REVIT MEP and Navisworks Manage for BIM modeling and coordination.

• Conduct BIM Model Audits to maintain quality and adherence to project standards

• Capable of handling Revit - Contacts independently

• Good Working Experience in Nested & Parametric families

• Capable to training others in Revit Families

• Good work experience in Lookup tables & Shared Parameters

• Good Problem solving experience in BIM Environment

• Good Communication

• Good team Player

• Experience in Python, Dynamo added advantage

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Engineering.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Candidates with prior MEP experience, particularly in BIM and digital delivery, will be preferred
