Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Mechanical Engineer to manage mechanical MEP services, site execution, technical coordination and contractor/vendor management for high-rise and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP mechanical designs, drawings and technical requirements.
• Manage HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, STP/WTP, water supply and ventilation systems.
• Monitor site execution, quality, safety and project timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects and other MEP teams.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and handover of mechanical systems.
• Monitor materials, costs, variations and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC and HSE requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience – Mandatory
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / EPC.
• Strong experience in MEP Mechanical Engineering, preferably in high-rise or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and related mechanical systems.
• Good site execution, contractor management and coordination skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and project management abilities.
