Senior MEP Engineer

Tokyo Modern Contracting LLC - Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer with 10–15 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MEP site activities, ensuring quality and compliance, and coordinating with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MEP installation and site execution for high-rise building projects.
• Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure proper execution of MEP works.
• Prepare and review progress reports, technical documents, and site coordination records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP engineering.
• Strong experience in high-rise building construction projects is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant qualification.
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation, coordination, and technical drawings.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
