Senior MEP Engineer – Post-Contract

• ● Administer post-contract commercial matters across assigned MEP projects. ● Prepare and negotiate variations, claims and extension of time submissions. ● Review subcontractor accounts and support final account preparation. ● Coordinate with clients and consultants on contractual and commercial matters. ● Maintain accurate contract and commercial documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• ● 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP post-contract administration. ● Strong knowledge of contract conditions (FIDIC or equivalent). ● Experience preparing variations, claims and final accounts. ● Excellent negotiation and commercial reporting skills. ● Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.
