Senior MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior MEP Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large, technically complex MEP projects. This is a senior leadership position. The successful candidate will take full ownership of projects from engineering and procurement through construction, testing & commissioning, and final handover. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete MEP project lifecycle, from mobilization through final handover. Take full ownership of programme, cost, resources, procurement, quality, progress and overall project delivery. Manage multidisciplinary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV teams. Lead subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams. Develop and control project schedules, recovery plans and critical-path activities. Ensure proper coordination between MEP, architectural, structural and specialist systems. Monitor budgets, procurement status, cash flow requirements, variations, claims and project risks. Lead technical and commercial coordination with clients, consultants and other stakeholders. Drive testing, commissioning, snagging, handover and close-out activities. Establish strong project controls and ensure contractual milestones are achieved.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years as an MEP Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. An exceptional track record of successfully delivering large and complex MEP projects. Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and project controls. Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, contractual understanding and decision-making ability. Strong command of project planning and scheduling, including Primavera P6. Preferred GCC experience, highly preferred. PMP certification. Experience on five-star hotels, data centers or similarly complex high-end projects.
