Sr. MEPF Engineer

Job Qualifications:

• BS Mechanical Engineering graduate; preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Review MEPF plans and designs for conflicts, constructability, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee MEPF works and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage contractors, manpower, materials, and project schedules.
• Identify and recommend value engineering opportunities.
• Conduct or oversee quantity take-offs for bidding and project costing.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• At least 5 years of experience in MEPF, construction, or project management.
• Experienced in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of plan review, coordination, and clash detection.
• Experienced in managing contractors, manpower, and material schedules.
• Knowledgeable in MEPF quality assurance and quality control.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and other quantity take-off tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
