At CSW, we connect international clients with manufacturing excellence. As we continue to scale our global footprint, we are seeking an agile, organized candidate to orchestrate our end-to-end production pipelines.

What you'll be doing...…

• Lead the end-to-end merchandising process—from production to shipment.
• Own production timelines to deliver on time, in full, and with accuracy.
• Partner across teams, factories, suppliers, and international clients to align priorities.
• Optimize factory throughput, capacity planning, and inventory health.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks; shorten lead times and lift efficiency.
• Uphold factory standards, quality assurance, and client requirements.
• Track performance with data; manage plant budgets, expenses, and KPIs.
• Travel to China and other locations to oversee schedules and resolve issues on-site.

What we're looking for....

• Form 5 or above with over 5 years’ experience in factory, trading, or buying office preferred.
• Detail‑driven, highly organized, calm under tight deadlines.
• Strong communicator and negotiator; effective with clients and factories.
• Strong in Excel skills (PivotTables, Vlookup).
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Frequent travel to China required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
