Senior Merchandiser

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Merchandiser to manage customer orders from development through final shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of merchandising, production follow-up, customer communication, and order management, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders from development to shipment.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
• Follow up on samples, fabrics, trims, and approvals.
• Monitor production and delivery timelines.
• Handle costing, order tracking, and shipment planning.
• Resolve production and quality issues.
• Ensure customer requirements and delivery schedules are met.
• Provide regular order updates to management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in apparel/textile merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of garment production and product development.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
• Buyer handling experience preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
