Job Responsibilities:

• Manage orders with focus on development or bulk production for woven garments.
• Communicate directly with UK clients and factories in China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
• Track material delivery, fabric arrivals, and trim approvals against the Time & Action Plan.
• Verify supplier details on fabric cost, lead time, and testing standards.
• Coordinate pre-production meetings and secure buyer approvals (PP samples, lab dips, size sets).
• Follow up on inline and final inspections to ensure compliance with buyer quality standards.
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of approvals, inspections, and shipment records.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial documents for smooth shipment execution.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder preferred
• Possess minimum 5 years of garment merchandising experience, with solid knowledge of woven garments, fabric, trims, and garment manufacturing processes.
• Experience in factory-based companies highly valued.
• Knowledge of outerwear (padded jackets, down, ski products) is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills with overseas clients and PRC/offshore factories.
• Proficiency in Outlook and MS Excel, good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
• Logical mindset, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain clear records.
