Senior Merchant Service

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a talented Senior Merchant Service Executive to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued merchants, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service and support.

About the role:

• Proactively engage with existing merchants to understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow their business.
• Onboard new merchants, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new merchants and expand our merchant network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the merchant experience and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all merchant interactions and transactions.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the financial services or merchant services industry in product financing.
• Familiarity with the local merchant and industry regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes.
• Possess own transport preferably car, with valid driving license
