Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure / M365 Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Active Directory, DNS, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID and Azure.

The ideal candidate should have a strong traditional Microsoft Infrastructure background and proven experience transitioning and supporting Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD DS) environments.
• Manage Domain Controllers, AD Replication, FSMO Roles, Sites & Services and Group Policy (GPO).
• Troubleshoot complex DNS, AD authentication, replication and domain-related issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
• Administer Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, authentication and Exchange-related issues.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Conditional Access and MFA.
• Manage Azure IaaS, including Virtual Machines, networking, backup and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts and automation for infrastructure, Azure and M365 operations.
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations and hybrid-cloud implementations.
• Administer and troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Provide L3 production support, root-cause analysis and permanent resolution of complex infrastructure issues.
• Lead technical escalations, major incidents and infrastructure troubleshooting activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, Application and Cloud teams on enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
