Senior Middleware Integration Developer

Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift
Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Hybrid)

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Senior Middleware Integration Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust integration solutions. You will develop APIs, optimize EDI workflows, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

1. Develop Integration Solutions:

   • Design and implement middleware components, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).
   • Build and optimize EDI workflows (e.g., 850, 856, 810 transactions).

2. Maintain System Reliability:

   • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes for performance and uptime.
   • Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues promptly.

3. Collaborate Across Teams:

   • Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
   • Coordinate with external vendors for middleware and EDI platform updates.

4. Drive Continuous Improvement:

   • Recommend enhancements to integration architecture for scalability and security.
   • Stay current with emerging middleware technologies and best practices.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Senior Middleware Integration Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# with proven hands-on experience.
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion, Boomi).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and message queues.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, XML, JSON, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of security protocols (SSL/TLS, OAuth, SAML).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
