Senior MIS Executive

Job Overview:

Incheon Kia is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and monitor dealership data and reporting activities. The role involves data collection, consolidation, validation, report preparation, and performance tracking across Sales, Service, Customer Operations, and Finance.

The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate reports within strict timelines. Experience in an automobile dealership will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Service, and dealership operations.
• Track key operational metrics including vehicle sales, showroom footfall, workshop performance, deliveries, and targets.
• Monitor vehicle stock, test-drive vehicles, and spare-parts-related data.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from ERP systems and multiple departments.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies, duplicates, and reporting errors.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards for management reporting.
• Track insurance renewals, delivery commitments, sales/service targets, and other operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, Customer Operations, and other teams for data collection and reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and properly maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation in any discipline; B.Com, BBA, BCA, or B.Sc. preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience as an MIS Executive, Reporting Executive, or Data Analyst.
• Experience in an automobile dealership or similar industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
• XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• IF, AND, OR and other logical formulas
• SUMIF / COUNTIF
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation
• Charts and dashboards
• Knowledge of VBA/Macros for report automation is an added advantage.
• Strong data analysis, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
