Role - Senior Mistral AI + Microsoft Copilot Developer

Shift - UK Shift (1PM till 10 PM)

Location - Remote/Hybrid

Overview

The ideal candidate combines deep Microsoft AI technical expertise with enterprise architecture capability, strong Power Platform knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills, enabling the successful delivery of a scalable Agent Factory powered by Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Mistral AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build complex retrieval, action, and autonomous agents capable of integrating with enterprise systems and knowledge sources.
• Architect and implement agentic systems, including globally distributed systems of collaborating AI agents.
• Design and develop Copilot agent categories, including conversational, task-oriented, workflow-driven, and autonomous agents.
• Define and implement use cases for Low-Code Copilot Studio agents as well as Pro Developer solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services.
• Integrate Mistral AI models and Azure AI capabilities into Microsoft Power Platform solutions where appropriate.
• Hands on experience with Mistral AI.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using Power Apps, AI Builder, and Power Automate Cloud Flows.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated experience developing multiple Microsoft Copilot Studio bots/agents.
• Ability to explain how Copilot Studio bots were designed, including data sources, orchestration patterns, and integration architecture.
• Experience selecting and integrating enterprise knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SQL, APIs, Azure storage, and other enterprise repositories.
• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.
