What You’ll Do

• Respond to water, mold, and fire damage
• Inspect damaged areas and document work with photos
• Set up and monitor drying and mitigation equipment
• Remove damaged materials and perform cleanup
• Work in crawlspaces, attics, and other tight spaces
• Wear required PPE and respirators when needed
• Use hand and power tools
• Assist with drywall, texture, painting, and finish repairs
• Help customers understand what is happening throughout the restoration process
• Cross-train in other areas of restoration and reconstruction

Experience & Requirements

• IICRC WRT certification preferred
• 2+ years of water damage restoration experience preferred
• Experience with drywall, painting, finish work, or reconstruction is a plus
• Valid Idaho driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Able to lift, bend, crawl, climb, and perform physical work
• Available for occasional nights, weekends, and emergency calls
