We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join their expanding team.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or MLOps.
• Experience leading technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Deep expertise in Databricks, Spark, MLflow, Delta Lake, and AWS .
• Strong background in production ML platforms , model training, monitoring, and automated retraining.
• Expertise in data pipelines, Lakehouse architecture, SQL, and Python/PySpark .
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML-powered products in production.

Your responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle , including model training, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining.
• Lead and mentor MLOps engineers , establishing engineering standards, best practices, and review processes.
• Manage and optimize ML platforms on Databricks and AWS , including model serving, feature stores, experiment tracking, and ML CI/CD.
• Partner with Data Science teams to productionize ML models and scale them into reliable business solutions.
• Design and maintain supporting data pipelines and feature engineering workflows .
• Drive ML observability and performance monitoring , including model quality, alerting, cost management, and benchmarking.
