Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the role

Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) responsible for Flutter application development across the full stack: UI, state management, navigation, and business logic for the native shell.

Key responsibilities

• Flutter application development across the full stack: UI, state management, navigation, and business logic for the native shell
• Build configuration, iOS provisioning profiles/code signing, Android build variants, release automation
• Mobile analytics and tracking integrations
• Writing and maintaining unit, widget, and integration tests
• Working closely with backend, design, and product to translate specs into working features, and flagging ambiguity in requirements early rather than guessing
• Debugging build and dependency issues across iOS (CocoaPods, certificates) and Android (Gradle) toolchains

About you

• 3+ years of professional Flutter/Dart development experience
• Solid understanding of Flutter's widget/state lifecycle and app architecture patterns (feature-first folder structures, separation of data/domain/presentation layers)
• Experience with a state management solution such as Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider
• Experience with a routing package such as grouter
• Working knowledge of iOS code signing/provisioning profiles and Android build configuration
• Comfortable writing unit and widget tests as part of normal development, not as an afterthought
• Strong debugging skills — able to work through build failures, dependency conflicts, and platform-specific issues independently
