We value extreme ownership, clear communication, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and the desire to create lasting work and work relationships. Yes, you can build an exciting business AND have real-life real-customer impact
• We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to help shape the future of Kikoff’s main credit building app. This product is central to our mission of helping millions of Americans build stronger credit

• You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, growth marketers, data scientists, and engineers. Success is not just about shipping features. It is about improving acquisition, retention, and revenue in measurable ways
• Own and optimize the mobile funnel from store → signup → onboarding/IDV → first credit action; run experiments and measure outcomes
• Build acquisition plumbing: deep links, attribution, push/in-app messaging, and analytics instrumentation
• Own subscription + billing UX (plans, upgrades, payment methods, autopay, history)
• Build resilient payment flows (Stripe/Tabapay): retries, declines, recovery, and edge-case handling with fintech-grade security
• Evolve Flutter architecture, modularity, and performance/observability for multi-team scale
