Senior mobile Service Technician

Job Summary

NexG Future India Pvt Ltd is looking for skilled and experienced Mobile Service Technicians to join our service team at Xclusive service centre,Pattom,Thiruvananthapuram . The ideal candidate should have expertise in diagnosing,Troubleshooting and reparing both Andriod and Apple smartphones while ensuring high quality service and customer satisfation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in Android and Apple smartphones.
• Perform component- level troubleshooting and repair.
• Install, update and configure mobile software and operating systems.
• Replace damaged parts such as displays,batteries,charging ports,cameras,and the other components.
• conduct quality checks before handing over repaired devices.
• Maitain accurate service records and job cards.
• Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility

Qualification : Advance 4th level certifications or equivalent expertise in Mobile service & Repair.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile phone servicing.

salary & benefits

salary 30,000 to 50000 per month
