Senior Moderator

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and host live virtual medical webinars and recorded sessions professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, speakers, and internal teams before, during, and after each session.
• Conduct speaker onboarding, trial runs, and pre-session technical checks.
• Manage live streaming platforms (Zoom/OBS or similar) and provide basic technical troubleshooting during live events.
• Prepare and send session communications, invitations, reminders, and post-session follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and timely completion of post-session activities.
• Handle multiple overlapping sessions while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to defined turnaround timelines (TATs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in moderation, webinar management, customer support, healthcare operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with live streaming platforms (optional)
