Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a strong Senior Monetization Manager to help scale Clubs from $28M to $100M in ARR.
Clubs is a live, social product built inside Ludo Star and our other games. It brings people together through live voice, gifting, progression and competition. It is already at ~$28M ARR and growing protably.
As we expand into new titles, Clubs is becoming the monetization engine across our games. This is a high ownership role where you oversee the monetization of Clubs in newer games.

As a Senior Monetization Manager on the Clubs team, you will:
Own Clubs monetization in a new game, with accountability for business
performance, LiveOps strategy and execution, and data-led iteration.
Own revenue forecasting, KPI targets,2 performance reporting and executive business reviews, in partnership with Clubs leadership.
Drive monetization by nding opportunities, forming hypotheses, and running experiments and iterations.
Diagnose Clubs problems in the new game, such as funnel leakage, retention drops and monetization gaps.
Partner with Clubs Roadmap Product Management to make sure the new game's needs shape product development and interventions.
Set the LiveOps strategy and oversee execution of the calendar across events, offers, limited-time content and in-game communication.
Execute independently. Know the product well enough to see what needs xing, and take the initiative to get it done.
Track players, competitors and market trends to spot gaps and opportunities early.

Requirements5 to 8 years in Revenue Operations / Monetization on a B2C consumer product.
Very strong with data. You can dig into it, nd the signal, and decide what to do next.
Able to own a large area on your own and drive it to a clear result.
Good at working across teams and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Experience in social, gaming, or entertainment products.
