SALARY BAND - 40000 - 50000 PHP per month

Every approved home loan has someone behind it that nobody thanks.

The broker gets the handshake. Somebody else chased the payslips, caught the serviceability problem before it reached the lender, and made sure the file was clean enough to be approved first time. That is the job, and the good ones are worth their weight.

We are hiring one for an Australian mortgage brokerage.

THE ROLE

You will be the dedicated broker support for one Australian brokerage. Not a pool, not a queue. One broker, one pipeline, and you own it. They are aggregated under Finsure and run Infynity as their CRM.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Preparing loan application packs from fact find through to lodgement

• Collecting and verifying supporting documents - payslips, tax returns, BAS, business financials, bank statements and ID

• Entering and maintaining applications in the CRM so the record is always accurate

• Supporting lodgement through ApplyOnline, NextGen or the lender's own portal

• Chasing outstanding documents from clients, politely and persistently

• Following up lenders on application status, conditions and approvals

• Preparing compliance documents - Preliminary Assessment, Credit Proposal Disclosure and Best Interests Duty file notes

• Tracking the pipeline and reporting on it daily

• Post-settlement admin and follow-up

WHAT WE NEED

• Minimum 2 to 3 years in mortgage or lending support. This is not negotiable and we will test it

• Hands-on experience preparing and processing loan applications for an Australian broker or lender

• Familiarity with a broker CRM. Infynity is a strong advantage. , so if you have used Mercury, Salestrekker or AFG, say so

• Confident written and spoken English. You will be dealing with brokers, lenders and Australian clients directly

• Accurate under volume. A missing document is a delayed settlement

• Able to work onsite in North EDSA to Australian business hours

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

If you need to be chased, this will not work. If you go quiet when a file gets messy, this will not work. One broker is relying on you and there is nowhere to hide in a pipeline of one.

We look for three things. Character, which is doing the right thing when nobody is checking. Discipline, which is keeping the standard on the days you do not feel like it. Drive, which is leading when it gets difficult instead of waiting to be told.
